Joint Venture (JV) funding for property development is available from our professional investors and funds.

The purpose of a JV partner is normally to get involved in a project that requires a professional, experienced developer on board.

The JV partner in the most common scenario will provide the same equity contribution as the developer and also expect the same return, a straight forward 50/50 deal. Our JV funds will consider alternative propositions depending on the development and potential returns on offer.

JV funding normally starts at £1m although we are seeking investors for smaller developments.
