Generally the lowest rates are available for experienced developers with relevant experience and for loans starting at £500,000.

Loans of £1m+

• Libor + 2% to 5% per annum
• Base + 2.5% to 5.5% per annum

Loans of £250,000 to £1.5m

• Base +5.5% to 9% per annum

Recently offered terms

75% of costs for senior debt at a rate of base +3% on a drawdown basis. Lender arrangement fee 1%, exit fee on loan 0.5% for a prelet commercial office and retail building in central london.
