We specialise in being able to advise and arrange mortgages for UK Expats. Here is an overview of the general criteria:

• Applicant will need to prove income
• Income used can be in a foreign currency
• Applicants intention is to return to the UK within 10 years
• The property is the applicants only property in the UK
• You may borrow around 4 x income (subject to credit scoring)
• The property can be let while you are abroad! (this is unique)
• The rates on offer are competitive
